According to the IEEE Publication Services and Products Board (PSPB) policy, all the IEEE content will be screened to avoid plagiarism. IEEE provides the premier plagiarism detection tool CrossCheck. The final papers will be submitted by the Programme Committee to the IEEE plagiarism detection tool Cross Check for conformity.

1. Use DOC document style template provided by conference organizers:

2. Create your manuscript(s). Reviewers' comments are sent to you with the notification e-mail.

3. File format is PDF (for the accepted papers the supplementary MsWord format is required).

4. Your PDF file is within 1 MB size limit. If you face difficulties in meeting this requirement, please revise your graphics. High resolution graphics can be resampled down to a reasonable resolution of eg. 200dpi.

5. Your document is in A4 format (210 x 297 mm, 8.27 x 11.69 inches) and 6 pages long (6 pages are included in regular fee, but extension till max 10 pages is possible after additional payment of 40 EUR per extra page).

6. Your paper is NOT page numbered. NO footnotes. NO headers.

7. All graphics have sufficient resolution and are legible on-screen.

8. Submit the camera-ready paper, IEEE compatible PDF(s) to the Easy Chair. The deadline for the camera-ready paper is 24th September, 2017 1st October, 2017. The MsWord version of the camera-ready paper should be submitted by e-mail to the iseee@ugal.ro with the paper ID in the subject line

Please, send a signed copyright by e-mail to the iseee@ugal.ro with the paper ID in the subject line.

Creating your PDF eXpress Account

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress ^TM site

First-time users should do the following:

1.        Select the New Users - Click Here link.

2.        Enter the following:

•       42226X for the Conference ID

•       your email address

•       a password

3.         Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Contacting PDF eXpress Support

Access the Publications Support Center for IEEE PDF eXpress.

Important note: PDF eXpress service is NOT a paper collection system. You MUST send a certified PDF(s) to ISEEE 2017 Conference paper collection.

 

SUBMISSION DETAILS

The online submission system for the certified PDF(s) paper(s) :

https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iseee2017

At the same time, submit the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) paper and the source Microsoft Word file to iseee@ugal.ro. The number of papers is limited to 2 for the main author.

The deadline is 1st October, 2017.

Important note: Only certified PDFs accompanied by Copyright Form (DOC or  PDF) and paid registration will be published in the ISEEE 2017 Symposium Proceedings!

Note: Registration form and all the above mentioned documents can be sent to iseee@ugal.ro.  Financial obligations of the author must be honored in order to include the paper in ISEEE 2017 Proceedings (the Conference Fee is paid).
